Yoga Retreat Program

The retreat follows a gentle rhythm, allowing time for practice, rest, nature and quiet reflection.
Each day offers a balance between structured sessions and free time to experience the island at your own pace.

Day 1. Friday - Arrival

Participants arrive on the island during the afternoon and early evening.

Welcome at the house, room allocation, and introduction to the place and surroundings. A light snack will be offered for late afternoon arrivals, allowing everyone to settle calmly after the boat crossing.

Introduction to the retreat, the house, and the yoga space.

8:00 PM - Shared Dinner
A simple and colourful vegetarian meal inspired by Ayurvedic principles.

Free evening.
Sunset observation and rest.

Day 2 . Saturday - Rhythm

7:00 – 7:45 AM
Meditation

7:45 – 8:15 AM
Tea and fruit

8:30 – 10:30 AM
Asana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing practices) & Mudra Bandha (Gestures and energy locks)
Postural practice, breathwork and guided energetic awareness.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Brunch
Vegetarian cuisine inspired by Ayurvedic traditions.

Free time for walking, resting, swimming or simply enjoying the rhythm of the island.

1:00 – 2:30 PM
Yoga Philosophy
Discussion and exploration of yoga as a spiritual science and a practical tool for daily life.

Afternoon snack

4:00 – 5:00 PM
Yoga Nidra

7:00 – 8:30 PM - Dinner
A nourishing vegetarian meal inspired by Ayurvedic cooking.

8:30 – 9:30 PM
Havan (Opening Fire Ceremony)

A traditional fire ceremony offering a moment of grounding, intention and transition into the retreat rhythm.

Free evening.
Sunset observation.

Day 3. Sunday - Deepening

The day follows a similar rhythm to Saturday, allowing the practice to deepen and gradually establish calm and inner stability.

The retreat officially ends after the morning practice.
Participants are kindly asked to vacate the house by 11:00 AM.

Free time on the island until departure.
